In the early days, it was easy to crash a map like this, so in November 2022, the Mod was simply meant to ensure that the game wouldn't crash while making such a major map change. Now, in September 2023, the technology is already mature enough to focus on content and quality under the premise of ensuring stable operation.

Because only the Americas have a small population of cultures and religions, and there are not many states, the 5-speed operation will be much faster than the original.

In addition, this Mod also solves some detail problems. First, since opium was not produced in the Americas, opium was removed from the demand for addictions and opium inputs from the medical production of barracks. Then Native Warband this bonus was also significantly reduced. Finally, the expansion on the map, making Hudson Bay an ocean developers presumably hoped that Hudson Bay would become unnavigable during the winter, opened a shipping lane in the Arctic Ocean north of Canada, a shipping route through the Arctic Ocean.

In the appearance of the map, the original map texture and mask were adjusted to keep the American part of the original texture, but also make the rest of the map a sea texture.




It should be noted that if you set the image quality to medium or high, then you may see the shading of the land and sea boundary after entering the map, don't worry, it is just a display issue, this display is controlled by the gfx\map\textures\land_mask.dds map. But because the image in the Mod cannot overwrite the image in the original file, it will display an exception. If you want the display to work, you can place the image in the Mod at this location in the original file.
This issue has been fixed since version 1.3



Due to technical reasons, the landforms of all states cannot be displayed at present, but there is no need to worry about operational stability, which is still only a display issue. [/strike]
