REBALANCED FOR 3.6.1!
The giga traits reduce research substanstually however give extreme resource bonuses. This empire is supposed to be a giga economic power, while having little to no research compared to others. Unity is your strength, use it well.
Its quite unbalanced, however you can play without these traits if you just wish to just have the portraits.
