Wonderland's War [Scripted]

Based on the "Better Table Setup" version by David C.

- Scripted set-up for 2-5 players (detects seated colors) with random or determined ally set
- Script buttons to refill the tea cards at the start of phase 2 and 3 of the game
- Script to handle drawing from the cups and betting during the battles

To Battle:
Press the "Start Battle" button in a region to initiate a battle. The script should determine participating and betting parties and add the right buttons for them to the battle menu. It will also display which players still need to act in their private UIs.

Once all participants are ready and all betting parties have decided on betting on a color or abstaining the script will draw a token from the cups of anyone taking part in the battle.

After the token was drawn players can choose between "Ready" and "Busted" once they have evaluated their tokens. Any players not busted will be asked if they want to "Draw" or "Halt" in the next round. The battle will end once all players have halted or are busted.
