Top 3 Professional Japanese Leagues playable plus a University division and a High School one
Win the High School national cup or any University regional cup and qualify to the Emperor's cup to play against professional teams in the country
I also included drafts between high school and university. And another draft between University and the third division

Is it possible to merge all university league into one and provide some basic fund(sponsor) to all of them?

You can checkmark "create new players for playable teams" before you load the leagues. I believe that are other mods who create Japanese players and they should be compatible with this one.
