Annex Vassals

This mod will be most useful for the Netherlands and Great Britain who have a lot of subjects that they may eventually want to integrate without doing a war.

It allows peaceful annexation of vassals through a diplomatic action that starts a journal entry, which tracks how far along it is.
It takes 5 years and costs 300 influence for the duration.
The vassal must have good relations with the overlord.

If anyone knows how to read a variable in localisation please let me know so I can work on the tooltips.

I've tried to balance it by having it take 5 years and cost 300 influence, however I don't know if that's truely a reasonable cost, ideally the cost would scale by how big the vassal is. Perhaps in a future update

Mod does not overwrite anything as such should be compatible with any mod. Changes to subject types will not be taken into account, so mods adding custom subject types will not be able to use the diplo annexing.
