Intermarium Union

Опис
Adds formable Intermarium Union, a great power in Eastern Europe.

Intermarium (meaning "Between-Seas") concept was introduced by Józef Piłsudski after WWI as an idea to unite Poland, Ukraine, Belarus and Baltic states and create new geopolitical center.

To form Intermarium Union, you will need about 12 states and researched pan-nationalism.
It is possible to launch diplomatic play, as you would to with unification of Germany.

The mod is originally intended to play with "Glory to Ukraine" mod where all Eastern European countries re-emerge on the political scene.
Also compatible with any other mods and should work stand-alone from "Glory to Ukraine".

@Sellen23, you need to improve relations with them to maximum, ideally to have some kind of alliace and custums union. Then they will agree to join

A republic might want to represent also the East and South Slavs within it. Just substitute the keys on the hoist with the cross that seems to be popular in Intermarium flag designs.

@tkg, I think origionally it was kind of "Polish nationalist's wet dream" to counter balance western countries and soviets. However, I heard that this idea at least in form of trade union or something is raised from time to time.

Anyways, here it is and you can do with it whatever you want) It also has cool flags if you become soviet for facist state. Maybe will add also a discinction to monarchy flag and republican...

Karax, new nation will be multiculture. The logic is the same as with Scandinavian union where after unification all north nations are primary cultures of the country.

And yes - Intermarium includes them all - PL, UA, BLR, LAT, LIT, EST.
