Ainu is centralized (& Japan border fixes) - compatibility version

Ainu Mosir is now a centralized nation. Why? Because I like bears.

Install this mod if you like bears too (or if you don't want Hokkaido & South Sakhalin to be taken by Russia in 1836).

This is the compatibility version; it shoud be compatible with most things, though there are some differences from the main mod.

Changes:
-Ainu becomes a centralized nation, a vassal of Japan. The centralized part is not historical, but Japan had economic control over the area historically, and decentralized nations cannot have diplomacy (I've tried).
-Ainu Mosir now controls the southern half of Sakhalin.
-Sakhalin controls Urup. Assuming Russia colonizes the Kurils, this would reflect 1855 borders.
-Ainu starts with some techs and some fishing wharves.
-The random island NE of Formosa (no clue which island it's supposed to represent) is now part of the Ryukyu state in Japan. No matter which island it's supposed to represent, it was historically part of the Ryukyu kingdom.
-A bugged pixel in province map (on Hokkaido) is fixed.

Compatibility:
Load this mod before other mods. The only vanilla file this changes is the province map which is not essential for this mod whatsoever, so it should be compatible with almost everything.
