So I bought the 4 elements pre constructed decks to learn and the rule book is not detailed enough to play without messing up game play, it looks amazing but incomplete.

The game you have all put together is simply fantastic. I just pre-ordered a beta starter deck set and can't wait to play with paper. So far this seems to be the perfect way to learn the rules in the meantime!
