Symmetric Wages Effect

Description
Makes it so increased wages give you positive effects, corresponding to the negative ones if you decreased the wages.

Additionally, the Landowners IGs, who are closely related to the officer pops, now also care about military wages as well.

I'd say there should be diminishing returns.
Every single step should provide smaller benefits, so you should really avoid both extremes, for a small profit on a huge malus and a huge budget for a small bonus.
There is only so much you can do throwing money at a problem, and there is only so much you can do without money to buy stuff.

That is exactly why I made this. It also makes AI occasionally more dangerous both diplomatically (their prestige can spike and knock you down a rank) and militarily (training rate buff works for them too)

Looks great! It never seemed worth it paying more wages, this makes it more fun to actually invest in higher wages.

I'm torn, i get what you are saying neomoore, but it doesn't sit right with me that you wouldn't get the same effect from the same difference in pay.

I've been testing this mod for a while, and I have to say the balance does not seem to be too disturbed by the changes

I think it might be more balanced if the effects weren't exactly symmetrical, but halved. 10% by itself can be the difference between Major and Minor power, but 5% would still be a good bonus and incentive. Doubling the training time also just seems incredibly overpowered, but a 50% boost seems realistic.
