Lakeview Manor adjusted - no clutter

Description
-Removes the clutter from the table where the alter used to be-

This removes the tree in front of the Lakeview Manor house, and removes the necromancer alter behind it, replacing it with a table and cluttler. There is a dock on the lake as well.

There is a cellar door near the house, to access the cellar without having to go through the whole house.

The items behind the ladder, on the shelf, are marked so they don't respawn. I found it inconvenient personally. I did try moving the barrel and the tanning rack, but the defaulted back once I loaded into the game. There shouldn't be any problems using them.

Requires Hearthfire

just wishing to double check - wanting to use your mod, looks great !!!
- especially as it includes dock, no necro & cellar door - but I need gates on the animal's
--- soo do they still conflict ??
or could you clarify, what I need to do ??
possibly include gates even ?? cheers

Hm, that is interesting. I'm sorry that has been causing that. I'll look into that if I can, thank you.

Howdy. Great mod just found one conflict since you removed the burial urn at the altar I have noticed that the urns in dungeons don't spawn treasure. when I removed your mod they started spawning at a lesser rate then before. you may want to check or put the urn back. thanks

I should also mention that the mods can be used together if you use the console command markfordelete on the offending fire pits. I completely forgot that work around. I have used it to clean up other conflicts with mods or just get rid of some of the clutter that comes with house improvements.

Nice find! Thank you. I'll put that in the description later today. Thanks!

You might be right. I also use the "improved Lakeview exterior". When I uncheck that mod it crashes my saved game so I had to make a Sophie's choice and uncheck yours. You did a good job though, they just aren't compatible. You might want to include that in the notes.

Hm. That could be another mod, or more likely my misplacement of them. I hadn't noticed it before though, I'll take a look when I can. I haven't had time to work on any more mods. Sorry about that!

The torches down by the end of path float in the air. Any idea how to correct this?

Great idea, really smartens up the place and gets rid of that pesky necromancer-I never was happy to have one of them lurking nearby! Great work.
