Pop Needs UI Panel (Outdated)

Adds a section in the pop panel showing information currently hard to navigate. Since this issue should be addressed in the next couple of patches, it is intended to be just a temporary fix. Performance-wise this mod shows information already present in game, it is just some shortcuts to some info hidden behind multiple tooltip levels basically.
