Compatible with 1.9.*. Gives the "Natural Harbor" family of traits a port throughput increase.
Compatible with VTM, load order doesn't matter.
Can be installed mid-game.
Affects everyone, AIs included.
Works for all languages.

This mod, BNH, buffs the "Natural Harbor" family of traits thusly:
For every 5 naval base max level a trait gives, it will now also get:

A) A Port/Civilian/Military Shipyard Throughput bonus of 5%
B) +0.1 state trade capacity (base is -0.05, so 10 naval extra base means +0.15 state trade capacity)



New in 1.7, paradox buffed this family of traits so I've buffed them too. If loaded with Cold Water Ports the trait will be made more severe to keep in line with the buff.
