Disable Sidebar Animation

Description
Multiplayer Compatible.

Disables the animation that plays when you hover over the sidebar.

I also made a version that is compatible with the More Spreadsheets mod:

I just came to report the same problem as AtomicBlastPony. If this mod is enabled, the company button isn't visible. Anyone know how to see companies without that button?

This is probably one of these instances of them working on the sidebar for 1-2 weeks rather than worrying about basic things like Ship moral that doesn't recoup. thanks for mod, the mod is needed!
