Essentially Apathetic Shadowmere

This is a simple mod that changes a few of Shadowmere's stats. Those changes are listed below:

-Shadowmere is now "essential" - horse won't die when you accidently jump too far, and you don't have to protect it in battle
-Increases its speed slightly (8pts)
-Shadowmere no longer affects your stealth meter
-Shadowmere no longer attacks enemies unless they've attacked him - he defends no one (He'll actually get a safe distance away from the enemy, and thus not be annoyingly in your way)

Again, just a few tweaks to Shadowmere
