How to open and use the cheat menu in KSP 1!

How to open the menu that has the cheat menu in it.

Once you have a rocket/spaceplane deployed on on the launchpad/runway press CTRL + ALT + F12. Now you should be in that one menu. If you're on Linux use R-SHIFT instead of CTRL. - Thanks to @Karma for telling me this. If you're on Mac use "Control", basically the same thing as Windows.

How to open the actual cheat menu

Once you're in the menu that holds the cheat menu, on the left there should be a lot of different options to press, you want to press the one that says "Cheats".

How to teleport to an exact position

Once you're in the cheat menu click on the "Set position" option on the side bar.
After you've done that check off the "Use middle mouse click to set position."
Now go to the map by pressing "M" and focus on a planet, once you've middle mouse clicked where you want to go with the cheat menu open, set the altitude to 1 and then press "Set position" 2 or 3 times, this way it will make you land on the ground.

If cheat menu wont work

If the cheat menu wont work it might be because you are playing a community made mission that made it so you can't use the cheat menu. If it's not this I got no idea at all, look it up.

actualy u need to press alt f4 its that easy

Alt F12 does not work alone for me but does for some other people, so I just set it as control alt f12.
