This map is inspired by the Konkan, a stretch of land by the west coast of India. A coastal strip of land bounded by hills on the east and Sea on the west, it is rich in mineral resources, and offers long stretches of clean, sandy beaches and bustling seaside towns.

Apart from few optional mods its 100% Vanilla.
Less trees than limit.
All transportation modes present and they're all accessible right in the beginning even in just the start square.
The entire map sectioned by various type of terrain so each neighborhood is separated. no boring big flats.
Plenty of space for build city, village and industries. Coastline from all directions. Tiny islands for tourists.
