Adds Kid Rags, a simple neolithic clothing that is easy to make.

Rags are randomized with 3 different designs.

Good for tribal or naked starts.

Counts as outer.

upscaled and updated shell draw layer (doesnt cover hats/hair anymore)

Recently I am unable to get the 3 different designs of this when copy and pasting with character designer. I am only able to get one design. It wasn't always like that, so idk what changed

you need to own biotech because it adds kids and also rimworld because that adds rimworld
