Alberta + Saskatchewan Colonised by HBC

Description
This is a simple mod that "colonises" Alberta and Saskatchewan by giving the states and pops they contain to the Hudson Bay Company. The states begin unincorporated. The Iron Confederacy is removed completely from the game, while Blackfoot still holds some territory south of HBC.

My reason for making this mod is that consistently USA colonises this land, creating ugly borders with Canada. For those of us who like nice and clean borders, this mod is for you. If there are any other stand out ugly border situations you'd like me to address, let me know in the comments.

This mod isn't even necessary anymore after like Victoria's 2nd patch lmao why are you still trying to play with it?

With this mod Canada doesn't appear as a "nation formation" option, so even after absorbing all other colonies by confederation I'm stuck being called the HBC/Ontario/etc.

I'm using a mod called "Historical Japan" that fixes the potential border gore in Hokkaido. Unfortunately, when using those mods together, yours doesn't work. It would be great if you could get them to work or make your own Hokkaido mod.

i have 0 hours in the game and literally just installed it, but i already knew this was something annoying that was present in the game and was looking for something to fix it, and i stumbled upon this, you're a saint :luv:
