In concole type: map phys_lobby
In game type: sv_cheats 1; impulse 101

For convenience type: bind [any key] "sv_cheats 1; impulse 101"

When you have destroyed everything, restart the map with: map phys_lobby
you can also restart the map with the command restart

To be honest, I do not know how to solve the problem with crashes in multiplayer. I apologize.
