Michael Myers (The Shape) Mask

Adds the Shape mask from Dead by Daylight as a Headgear item. Masks do not spawn naturally, so must be either crafted or spawned in via admin.

Currently includes:
* Shape Mask - using standard textures from Dead by Daylight
* Shape Mask Old - uses the Halloween 2018 mask textures
* Shape Mask Burnt - uses burnt mask textures from Halloween Kills
*Dark Blue Coveralls - mimicking the coveralls used in Halloween 2018
*Burnt Coveralls - mimicking the coveralls used in Halloween Kills
*Slightly Mouldy Coveralls - mimicking the coveralls used in Halloween Ends

When spawning in with all clothing enabled, the masks can be found under hats.
