Borderlands 3 Ultimate Eridium Farming Guide (334/min)
Von Hadden
Easily the best eridium farm, (20,064/hr)-(334/min). And the easiest way to get the Might Beyond Sight achievement.

To Start,
Eridium is the most important endgame currency. To be able to break crystals, the Eridian Resonator is needed. The Rampager needs to be killed in the main quest "Beneath the Meridian".
Might Beyond Sight

This achievement is pretty easy. You don't need to complete Ava's questline. Each invisible pile counts as 1, farming will be needed to get the achievement. All of the Invisible eridium piles found in the cave are mysterious and count towards the achievement.
Location
The farm is found in a cave on Eden-6's Voracious Canopy
How to farm
In this cave, there 9 piles of eridium. 4 are on the top section, and 5 are on the bottom of the cave. You need to melee all the piles. Simply hop down from the top of the cave and melee them, make sure you don't leave any eridium behind.

It might look like some of the eridium is missing. All 9 of the piles will always be in the same exact spots that are pictured above. The piles that are "missing" are only invisible and can still be melee'd. Look for a melee prompt show up where the invisible pile would be. To reset the farm, you could either exit to menu and continue or change mayhem level.
Maximizing Farm Potential
To get the most eridium from piles, you need to have as many different melee elemental stacks as possible. Each elemental melee stack will give the pile a seperate "hit". Increasing your melee damage will not give you more eridium. There are a couple different ways increase the payout of this farm. Without any of these, you will get on average 4 eridium per pile. With all of these you will be getting on average 29 eridium per pile.

1. Increase Mayhem Level
I've tested the different mayhem levels and their payouts. You get around 2-3x more eridium on mayhem 10 and 11 than mayhem 1 or 0. Mayhem 10 and 11 give out the exact same amount of eridium. there are no enemies at this farm, so mayhem level isn't a problem.

2. Equip the Front Loader Shield & any Weapon that has the Anoint "While under 50% health, deal 100%/150% bonus radiation damage"
The Front Loader shield's effect "Reserves 60% of your Max Health and returns it as Shield Capacity." When equipped, your health bar will always sit at 40%. This lets you to take advantage of your weapon's anoint, "While under 50% health, deal 100%/150% bonus radiation damage." You need to have this weapon out when farming. This combo allows you to have your normal melee damage and a stack of radiation melee damage. This will double the amount of eridium per pile.

3. Stone Artifacts
I've seen many different legendary artifacts with stone in their name. The Commander Planetoid and the Otto Idol are my favorite options. You can find other non-legendary stone artifacts, and it doesn't matter, as long as the artifact says "Imbue melee with -- ". It can be any element but radiation, since we already have the stack of radiation damage. Any other element will work. Fire, shock, cryo, corrosive are what we have to choose from. This will add another elemental stack to our melee damage, counting as another hit and tripling the amount of eridium per pile.

4. Resets
This part partially depends on the hardware you're playing on. I play Borderlands 3 on an NVMe drive. My loading times could be different than yours. Quitting to menu then clicking continue is the most well known and popular way to farm. Switching mayhem levels is proven to be faster.

I did 10 runs quit/continue and 10 runs switch mayhem. Each run is the time from moving after spawning to when i am able to move again after loading. These results can be effected by human error and aren't perfect, but neither are you.

Quit/continue averaged out to 59.54 seconds

Switching from M10 to M11 averaged out to 46.83 seconds

10-15 seconds isn't much but she told me it was long enough. It'll save you some time on your runs, and will speed up your acquisition of that purple gold.
