Tips for killing MINOS PRIME

In this EPIC guide, I will teach you everything you will need to know about killing ULTRAKILL'S MOST HARD BOSS: MINOS PRIME.

MINOS'S ATTACKS

The attacks of Minos deals a TON of DAMAGE, and also have a VERY SHORT TIME REACTION, which means that you will have a very little time to react to Minos attacks.
BUT BE NOT AFRAID!!! I will explain every thing you need to know right down below.

1) Minos attacks are predictable thanks to what he SAYS. (For example, if Minos says such thing, it means he's gonna do such attack, and if he says another thing, it's another attack, and so on)

2) Some of them are REALLY hard to DODGE.

3) He can DBZ super combo you easily, so watch out.

4) When you parry one of his attacks, it will regenerate FULL of your HEALTH, even if a projectile doesn't hit Minos.

ALL OF HIS ATTACKS AND HOW TO DODGE AND PREDICT THEM (based on what Minos says):

"Judgement": When he says that, make sure to STAY STILL on the FLOOR. Minos will basically kick you in front of you no matter where you are looking, BUT, this attack is PARRIABLE, so the moment he stands in front of you, don't hesitate to PARRY, because this attack is almost IMMEDIATE when he is ready, make sure to dash right before parry tho, because it will create a shockwave and deal damage.

"DIE!" or "CRUSH!": Minos will jump in the air the moment he says on of those lines, Minos will jump highly in the air, then you have 1 second to DASH 2 TIMES on left or right, you can't dash forward or behind you, since he will come DIRECTLY at your character, he will also create a shockwave once he hits the ground, when he does that, use your last bar of stamina to DASH and DODGE the shockwave.

"THY END IS NOW!" or "PREPARE THYSELF!": This is the lines where he DBZ super combo's you but these attacks are REALLY EASY to DODGE, when he says one of those lines, he will kick you 4 times, (he also punches you depending on these lines, he will do this 3 times, but is the same strategy), if Minos hits you, there will be a high chance that you will be thrown in the air, following with a DEADLY UPPERCUT. All you need to do to avoid this, is run in circles, yes, run in circles. This attack is PARRIABLE, ONLY on the FOURTH time he kicks/punches you, also, when he finishes this attack, he's fist will be buried to the ground. So make sure to do good damage, since it's hard for Minos to pull his hand off the floor and it's vulnerable to your attacks. This attack, tho, sometimes ends with a SNAKE PROJECTILE that you either have to DODGE or PARRY, I recommend parry, but it's kinda dangerous, so use what you think it's best.

STRATEGIES AGAINST MINOS

1) If Minos is really sticking to you, you can overload your pump-charged shotgun, be sure to dash at the same time you shoot to avoid the self damage tho.

2) Ricoshoting a coin is a good strat while dodging Minos.

3) Quickdrawing a Shotgun is a really nice move against MInos.

4) And lastly, while in the cutscene, you can place 3 magnets and fill them all with nails from the nailgun (duh), and when the fight starts, it will take a HUGE CHUNK of his health, don't overload the magnets tho, cause it will make them explode and causing no effect whatsoever.

SECOND PHASE TIPS

When on half of his health, Minos will enter his SECOND PHASE, you'll know once he says "WEAK", starts getting more violent, and when his circulatory system turns yellow. In this phase, he will throw snake projectiles more often. so here, i recommend to avoid the snakes if Minos is attacking you, just go into a wall and bait the snake to make it break if you are desperate to avoid it.
Since Minos is more violent, you have to be EXTREMELY careful, and only regain health where he is more vulnerable.
