if you're using big picture with a controller, it's really awkward, you have to hold the PS/Xbox button and move the analog stick at the same time, then press R2/RT to actually launch the game
it's really sensitive/awkward to do this with a controller as the cursor moves all over the place lol
if you hold that PS button for too long on a PS4 controller it'll power off lol
I like to play this with a steam link connected to my oled TV with my wife, and the launcher is super annoying

Go To C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Divinity Original Sin 2\DefEd\bin
and right click EoCApp.exe then select Send To --> Desktop (create shortcut).
Then click the EoCApp.exe - Shortcut to run the game.
