Description
Scar Zero from Entropy : Zero 2 but now he is a shotgunner!
Features:
The model is hexed so it won't conflict with the original scar zero model
Playermodel has c_hands
NPC has 125 health
Includes 3 NPCs: Combine Soldier, Metropolice and Citizen versions

Planned things:
Citizen and Metropolice NPCs
Fix playermodel funny physics
