Invisible Hidden Zone

Description
With this object, you can create hidden zones without having that annoying tinted box making it hard to see anything in said hidden zone.

The downside comes with the fact that since it's invisible, it's not immediately apparent where the zone starts or ends. It'll be up to you to mark the table in a way that players will know that there's a hidden zone there, like making some sort of platform, or drawing an area on the table.

How to use:

To use this tool, simply use the UI provided to resize the cube to the size you want for the zone, then choose a color or a team, and then press "convert". The cube will disappear, and a hidden zone will be generated in it's place with the same size.

If you want to edit the size of the zone after it's been placed, the Gizmo tool can still edit that zone, and if you want to change it back to the prep cube, you can go to the Zone > Scripting tool, right click the scripting zone, and change states to 1, then you'll have your cube back.

Disclaimer: Working around core TTS mechanics like this can often produce unexpected results. I've tested this a bit and it's been working without any problems so far, but it's very possible that problems may arise in situations that I have not foreseen.

Works perfectly, thanks. Insane that this needs to be a mod rather than a basic feature.

@Sandal It's definitely not made to be used in mass like that, though I may be able to acommodate for it. No promises though, I don't have a lot of free time.

Very laggy. Placed ~10 hidden areas to hide a few rooms on my DnD map and got 4fps when playing with a friend.(when i was alone, i had ~45fps) Without hidden areas I got 60fps with a friend. But it's a very handy tool when you know where to use it

I love this! You can use the script zone tool to see the position of the zone in case you lose track after you hide it. My solution for team hidden zones uses the black hidden zone as its more transparent and less obtrusive, but still visibly indicates where the zone is.
