Queen Anne Triplex 02

This asset is a low residential triplex rental. This triplex is inspired by similar buildings in Ocean Grove New Jersey. These asset would be perfect to serve as rentals in coastal towns, college towns, or cities from the northeast, mid atlantic and midwest.

In particular I was inspired by the Seaside Resorts content creator pack from Geze to move these homes up my queue. I highly recommend Geze's newly released pack.

This asset shares textures with the "Queen Anne Triplex 01" pack.

With the color maps the siding on these assets each have four variations and are paintable with the painter mod.

I decorated the top level decks on this asset with a few props to make asset look less bare from aerial view. The chairs, table and grill should be vanilla props. The potted plants are linked in the required items on the side menu but they are not mandatory. If you prefer different props their are mods that will allow you to remove props and customize with your preferred items.
