JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Vampire Genotypes

This is my first attempt at modding, so it's far from perfect. I used another workshop mod as a base and just kind of figured things out as I went. There are several required mods, which will be listed as dependencies.

Phantom Vampires, and Stardust Vampires, representing Dio Brando and DIO respectively, all come equipped with a variety of mutations that are intended to reflect the canon abilities.

These are: Heightened Quickness, Heightened Hearing, Regeneration, Cryokinesis, Combustion Blast, Beguiling. They will always be afflicted with Albino and Socially Repugnant due to their wicked nature.

Phantom Vampires have higher starting attributes and more potent base levels for their vampiric abilities, while Stardust Vampires generally have weaker abilities with some exceptions, but come with Time Dilation lvl. 99999 to simulate stopping time. (You're gonna want a mod to remove shimmer for this lol) They also have two extra arms, to simulate assistance from a Stand.

Tell me if I forgot anything, changes you'd like to see, and balance suggestions. Just remember I am not a coder. If you're more experienced with modding, I'm interested in making my own mutations rather than having to rely on existing ones too. Hmu.

(Yes, Time Dilation is overpowered as hell when you use it. That's the point, you're playing as DIO for a reason, right? If you don't like that aspect, Phantom Vampire exists)
