Adds the VORTEX playable character and a dead tainted version of him.

VORTEX (from the start, fiery tears, give a big advantage to damage. Collect red hearts, and spend them on damage!):
Active Item: THE JAR ID290
Pocket Active Item: BLOOD RIGHTS ID186
Tears: fiery.
Hearts: one red and one black.
Stats: 1.25 speed, 1.05 damage, 0.80 tear speed, -4 luck.
Consumables: 1 bomb, 3 keys.



Tainted VORTEX (very weak stats, but from the start there is a Certificate of Death. Weak damage? But the Assembled Knife to The Mother boss will change everything! DIE???):
Active item: DEATH CERTIFICATE ID628
Pocket Active Item: DULL RAZOR ID486
Passive Item: Ready The Mother Knife
Tears: normal.
Hearts: one red, half black and 5 broken.
Stats: 0.15 speed, 0.50 damage, 0.60 tear speed, -15 luck.
Consumables: none.


At the moment there are no design changes when picking up items, maybe in the future there will be!
