PNP Elevated Train Station

Description
This is a Plazas & Promenades friendly version of the Content Creators Pack Elevated Train Station.

Replaced Roads with Blue-stone walkways, removed all parking spaces and added some new trees and props to blend in with the new DLC. I made no changes to the base stats of the asset.

All props and Etc added should be in the required DLC's or in the Vanilla game. If there is a prop missing please let me know and I will add it to the requirements list.

This appears in the Content Creators Menu in the game, or use Find-It.

I take no credit for the base asset creation.

Also if you got time, more P&P optimized assets are very welcomed. I usually BOB out parking and make my own connections with buses or just stick shops and green space.
