I don't use hooveric reskin mods so I don't plan to make any type of content for them, sorry about that.
You'll either have to wait for someone else to make said submod (Very unlikely but not impossible) or to give up on this mod and stick with hooveric's.

This is just a reskin, it doesn't need an SFO submod.
SFO submods are generally only required for unit mods that need to be rebalanced for SFO.
And just for the record: I don't make SFO submods.
Should also work nicely with those other mods that you just mentioned.

Yes, because this mod (like 95% of all mods) only touches vanilla units. How would this mod even know about the Ellyrion mod and what it does? If you deactivate the Ellyrion mod, then this mod will surely work with the (vanilla) Ellyrion troops and do its changes.
If you take an Empire reskin and then activate the Marienburg custom faction mod, the reskin is also not going to touch Marienburg-specific units from the mod with their own textures, only generic Empire troops that can be built in the standard Empire baracks. The ones that were in vanilla already. Makes sense when you think about it ;) Just saying it's not a bug
