Enhance all cavalry & fixed bug

As you can see from the title,this mod was made for enhancing all cavalry's speed.
What need to pay attention is this mod made for fix bug,too.
So the speed of general ridden horse will be impair.Because the game mechanism...
But as compensation,the speed while general riding horse to walk will be enhance.

PS：Real speed is not proportional to in-game HUD display.
