1988-91 Ford LTD Crown Victoria LAPD - (With Aerodynic Lightbar)

Hello Folks! Today I bring you the 1988-91 Los Angeles Police Department Ford LTD Crown Victoria.

This late-80s early-90s full-sized sedan was the precursor to the well known "Ford Crown Victoria" Aero and P71 series of sedans. The LTD was used by many police departments in the U.S. acting as competition to the Chevy Caprice 9C1 line of vehicles. The LTD police package was equipped with an exclusive tuned 5.8 Liter V8 engine (only available on police contracted LTDs) making roughly 180 hp (50 more horsepower than the standard civilian 5.8 LTD). This specific model created by yours truly features a highly-accurate high detail front fascia, accurate body lines, a healthy supply of chrome and aluminum trim pieces (Fun Fact: In 1988, when Ford made the first mid-line changes to the LTD, they replaced many of the chrome pieces with aluminum to cut down on production costs), accurate LAPD livery, functional Aerodynic lightbar, spotlights, shotgun, and a highly detailed interior including a code 3 siren control box and a radio. Although this vehicle is not equipped with the custom lightbar system you can still have a realistic experience when responding to a call referencing a Florida man turned Californian who is now in possession of a tank. I hope this patrol car will serve the user faithfully.
