HL2TS2 Citizen NPCs

Description
A pack of NPCs made from HL2RP models, because bodygroups are cool.

- Features
- Seven NPCS, including:
--- The citizens from City 17
--- Discount Dr. Breen
--- Refugees with cool jackets and backpacks
--- Regular rebel fighters with 50 HP and a slightly larger weapon pool
--- Medics (because neccessary)
--- Rebel fighters with a Combine vest, and therefore 70 HP. And also landmines.
--- Lightweight fighters with questionably high accuracy
--- Unmasked, rebellious Metrocops.
-- might not completely explode when combined with citizen ai mods
- Cool semi-random bodygroups? idk
- Terrible marketing

Credits:
Zach88889 - 94.7% of the coding
Fruity - previous models, materials, etc.

why are they t posing and crashing my game and when they are walking around they keep crashing my game and make me have to restart computer what is the problem

there's a newer version of the model pack that this mod uses, i'd probably ask about helmets and whatnot there

i think they are totally the best on gm BUT they dont have many hats/helmet/beret.
like a military beret (possibly with various colors like black,red,white etc) would look rly badass in ALL the models i think
