Planetary Perfection

Description
Notice: Update one has hit. You can find the changelog for this mod, and my other works, at this location:

Planetary Pefection adds a new ascension perk, Planetary Perfection. It requires the Mastery of Nature ascension perk, Expansion tradition tree, and Climate Restoration technology.

Once you take the ascension perk it unlocks a new decision on your planets that increases their size by 1 per use up to a maximum of 25. The time and cost of the decision scales with the planet size (ie, large planets take both more resources and a longer time to increase in size compared to smaller planets).

This expansion is not available to habitats or ringworlds. It is available to machine worlds, hive worlds, and ecumenopolis.

A note on mod compatibility: This mod should be compatible with the vast majority of other mods, though it may have some unexpected balance issues with some mods.

<technical jargon>
I use the artificial tag to determine what planets this decision can be applied to, which prevents it from being applied to habitats and ring worlds. If a mod adds a new planet class and that planet class doesn't have that tag you may be able to use this decision on that planet, potentially breaking the balance considerations of that mod.

A breakdown of costs can be found here.

As you can see, it can get a little pricey. For example, bringing a size 12 world up to size 25 will take 45,000 minerals, 11,250 energy, 650 influence, and about 11,520 days (if my math is correct) meaning that you won't, realistically, be able to bring every planet in your empire up to size 25.

can you make a version with no size limit

Good stuff. Energy wise it's pretty cheap, tho. Maybe also some increase to influence cost too, like 50/60/70/80 or, to be more nice looking, 25/50/75/100

"Is this decision affected by modifiers such as planetary build speed or build cost?"
It works similarly to any other decision. Planetary build speed and cost modifiers don't apply, only things that affect decision enactment speed and decision enactment cost apply.
