Just make sure you download the correct installer for what version you wish to downgrade to.

the unofficial downgrade patcher has a 1.6.629 to 1.6.353 file at the very bottom that would be easier (though when you decide to update again you'll have to clear your download cache

Ah- fixed it. Just had to restore it through steam.

Got an error saying bink2w64.dll was missing when I tried booting up skse. The bink file I've got is "binkw64.dll". r.i.p.
