Player slave owning

Description
Your group will now capture new slaves and process them as well. You need cages so the slaves will have a place to go. You also have a new start to use. This is all in test so if you find any issues please let me know.

confirmed. however i was getting a notification for a missing file for a unit type whistler i think? its stopped so idk if it resolved itself or what. dunno. never seen a whistler. Ty btw.
