Automatic Courtier Marriage

I'm wrapping up the Guardian Manager update, and will start working on fixes/updates for ACM and my other mods. There's a high chance I hold off on pushing the Guardian Manager update until the other mods are done, just so I can do a once over on all of them and polish them up.

This is a simple mod that will allow you to marry off courtiers without having to take the time to find candidates. This mod creates a new character and marries them to your courtiers included in a specific list set by the Automatic Courtier Marriage decision. *Stop ACM decision will stop this event from repeating.*

Who can be involved in your list includes:

• Your close and extended family, and your courtiers.
  
• Your extended family and courtiers. (Doesn't include children, parents, grandparents, or other close family members)
  
• Just your courtiers. (Can include dynasty members, just not anyone who is close or extended family of your character)

*Only courtiers that can have children, and are >20 years old, will be given a wife/husband. This gives you time to marry off young or old courtiers if you need to.*

The character generated will always:

• Not be infertile or inbred.
  
• Have the player's faith and culture.
  
• Be between 21 and 35 years old.
  
• Marry paternally if the courtier is male, maternally if the courtier is female.

*An average of 40 total skill points are distributed across the created characters skills.(Including trait effects)*

• Add in more variations for spouses.

It is strongly suggested that you use the Clear Notifications mod.
I removed the cap that the previous version had, so ACM will automate marriages in your court until it's stopped.

This mod uses custom files and localization. It should work with other mods.
