Collision Mechanic

○ The collision calculation equation has been tweaked. Increased collision damage and chance of cavalry breaking through the opponent's ranks. It makes the normal cavalry (that have no anti-large or armour-piercing) more valuable.

○ The cavalry can pierce the opponent's front ranks when they charge, But this happens only when the attacker's mass must be much higher than the defender's mass and the defender have no charge-defence. This means there is a risk that the cavalry will be surrounded in the middle of the enemies because the fallen infantry will get up soon.




○ Also the most lance cavalry gain additional mass when charging.
○ There is a submod that disables this feature.


Great weapon



○ Great weapon units gain a little vs Large bonus when they are winning melee combat, so there is a potential to deal effective hits to large units.

  • Rangers are recruited from a tier 3 building but their performance was similar to Quarrellers, making them uncompetitive, so I made significant changes to their stats. All Ranger units are now stronger in melee.
  • Rangers (Great Weapons) is renamed to Rangers (Throwing Axes), They now use dual-wielding axes in melee.
  • Bugman's Rangers is now an ROR unit.
  • All warmachine health has been increased to give Dwarf an advantage in artillery combat. I've also made significant changes to Bolt Throwers. Bolt Throwers has stealth traits and is recruited in tier 2 major settlements.

Yes, since CA's 5.0 patch, the single shot animation is gone, so they shoot 3 bullets at a time. I've been trying to fix this, but without much success. I'll consider giving them a repeater gun.

Are Orthodoxy Henchmen bugged? We were wondering why they show 18 ammunition but empty their ammo bar in like 5 volleys. We compared it to the Empire's Outrunner which have the same ammunition, which can shoot SEVERAL more volleys.

리용세 궁병이 원작 하위 로스터에 있던 유닛이기도 하고, 브레토니아 유닛에게 특별한 원거리 무기를 주는게 조금 부담스러워서 힘들 것 같습니다. 대신 좀 더 유의미한 포지션을 잡을 수 있도록 해보겠습니다. 제작 여건상 이미 만들어진 유닛을 버리고 다른 무언가로 바꾸기는 힘들 것 같아요. 피드백 감사합니다.

그리고 아퀴텐은 붉은공작이 다스리던 지역이었고, 사후 불멸의 군대를 일으켰던 장소이며, 붉은공작이 다시 부활 후 침공했던 지역임을 감안해서
전투 순례자들 모델링을 이용, 예전의 과오를 참회한다는 그런 컨셉으로, 언데드나 악 세력에 강한 면모를 가진 정예병으로 뽑아내는 것도 괜찮을 것 같다고 생각하네요.
로어 뽑아낼게 없다고 하시길래 생각해봤어요.

리용세 정예 무장궁병은 근방이 준수하다는 특성 너무 애매해서 그냥 버려질 것 같은데, 차라리 석궁을 쥐어주고 농민 궁수보다 짧은 사거리에 장관을 약간 줘서 게임 중후반부 독화살 농민궁수와의 조합을 유도해보는게 어떨까요
