Description
This edits one little value so that it lets you pick locks even if it'll take most of the day to unlock it.

Yup, even if you have negative levels in lock-picking you'll still be able to pick any lock. It aint likely to pop open anytime soon at 0.1% chances but you'll be able to gain levels on it until it does.

im lost at your description. does this lock pick even if 0%?
