Description
Description
A roleplay map developed according to the existing assets and concepts of Dark Interval 1.2 and other parts of the Half-Life 2 mod. Accordingly designed for gaming on Half-Life 2 RP.
Required external content: Counter-Strike: Source, HL2 Episode 1 & Episode 2, and mat_hdr_level 2 only

Features
  • Consulcast (as Lua script)
  • Speculars and reflections
  • Dark Interval 1.2 aesthetics

Issues
  • Low performance on long and big streets & plaza
  • Bad visleaves in some places (props can be hidden at some angle)
  • If you want to edit this map it will not be easy since SE limitations

How to fix FPS issues?
Here's few console commands that can help and increase FPS in-game:
  • gmod_mcore_test 1
  • mat_bumpmap 0
  • r_3dsky 0
  • mat_queue_mode -1
  • Reduce "water" parametres to Medium or Low

Virtually every texture is missing. I NEED to have HL Episode 1&2 plus CS:Source INSTALLED to use this? That's ridiculous, my guy. That's like 12 gigs just to play this map.

This map, upon downloading/enabling, appears to replace/override several textures not just within itself, but also across several other maps.
Whether that's intentional or not, I don't know, as it doesn't state such behavior in the Workshop Description as of writing this.
Either way, in the case you are experiencing the issue of having a different set of textures applied in your maps or the maps of other workshop items, consider disabling or removing this map from your Addons, and all textures should return back to what they were initially.

Жилой площади действительно мало, лимиты меня сильно поджали. Я сделал все возможное что бы объединить 3 карты из мода + добавить своих строений. Сейчас расширение карты попросту невозможно. Еще с начала этого года я веду разработку второй карты, много раз переделывал и сейчас в маленьком тупике, идеи некоторые перепробовал и новых мало. Вроде начинаю что то потихоньку делать, эта карта должна стать как бы исправлением ошибок первой версии.

База сопротивления как таковой нет, я сделал заготовку для нее, примерно под двумя черными лестницами которые ведут к статуе Консула, имеются помещения.
Выход из канализации оформлена как "скрытая" дверь. В самом моде как раз таки так и было сделано. Я решил полностью ее не сливать со стеной, было бы сложно догадаться я полагаю.
