Express coach, group 30 in versions DRG/DB

With this mod the group 30 express train coaches in the DRG/DB versions are added to the game.
The package includes the B4i-30 car (2nd class), the BC4i-30 car, the C4i-30 (3rd class) as well as the Pw4i-30 baggage car and its successor at Deutsche Bahn.
