Description


Two building models loosely based on stores in Rogers, Arkansas. I decided to leave them without signs so you all can make them whatever you want. They are designed to be little stores on an island in a big parking lot, but I am sure you can use them creatively.

NOTICE! - These do not contain any signs, they are blank storefronts.

The location can be found here: Google Maps of the Shopping Center[goo.gl]

Tri Count:
Model A - 700
Model B - 1100

The asset names are: Shopping Center A Small & Shopping Center B Large if you are using the find it mod.

*Feel free to use my models for recreations and make them better*

Updated roof textures, nothing fancy but serviceable for the time I had. Put AC units on there as well.

Smooth roof, or yeah as Volske says, the roof texture is missing and the roof props are inside the building on the floor, rather than on the roof.
Very cool and needed item though.

@axelanius They are low density commercial and searchable under growables using find it, so it should spawn if zoned.

Thanks for this! IRL I hate it, but this is a super realistic model. Figuratively every building in America built in the last few decades is just variations of this.

I immediately thought that it was five guys! and firehouse! Also, I miss Genghis Grill! the models look awesome!
