Ruler Limits – excessively expanded

Description
Ruler Limits — excessively expanded raises the duchies limit from 2 to 10. Furthermore, this mod raises the limits for domains, knights and vassals for each tier at an excessive rate.

This mod overwrites the MAX_DUCHIES_BEFORE_PENALTY from the NCharacterOpinion-section in …\game\common\defines\00_defines.txt with 10 and reduces the TOO_MANY_DUCHIES_OPINION to 0. The has_too_many_held_duchies_trigger in …\game\common\scripted_triggers\00_title_triggers.txt is accordingly adapted.

And because it doesn’t make sense just to raise the duchies limit, the limits for domains, knights and vassals, set for each tier in …\game\common\modifiers\00_basic_modifiers.txt, are raised too at an excessive rate. For dukes this will be for example
• domains: 10 (instead 2),
• knights: 13 (instead of 6),
• vassals: 40 (instead of 20).
All the other modifiers for taxes, mercenaries, treasury, etc. stay unchanged

NOTE: The limits have been raised after publishing "Ruler Limits – intensely expanded" mod, because this new mod now owns its former limits.

Compatibility
Any mod changing the before said functions will be incompatible with this mod. Although only a mod with the same purpose, will do this. So it's up to you to decide, which one you want to play with.

This mod is compatible with ironman, but not with achievements.

This mod exists in 5 flavours:
Ruler Limits — moderately expanded — raises the duchies limit to 3
Ruler Limits — temperately expanded — raises the duchies limit to 4
Ruler Limits — distinctly expanded — raises the duchies limit to 6
Ruler Limits — intensely expanded — raises the duchies limit to 8
Ruler Limits — excessively expanded — raises the duchies limit to 10 (this mod)

I've to apologize for my long absence. For personal reasons, I was unable to maintain my mods. For the same reason, I stopped playing Crusader Kings III. Everybody is free to use the code for their own mods.

@CaliBlueBaer Yupp! The rates fure dukes are for example

• moderate expansion: 3 domains, 6 knights, 22 vassals
• temperate expansion: 4 domains, 7 knights, 24 vassals
• distinct expansion: 6 domains, 9 knights, 27 vassals
• intense expansion: 8 domains, 11 knights, 30 vassals
• excessive expansion: 10 domains, 13 knights, 40 vassals

Are the "expansion rates" different for each version? I really like what you've done and I'm going to use your mods in place of a hodge-podge of others that I have found and put together from different modders. I like that yours are consistent and optional.

@CaliBlueBear After publishing patch 1.7, I'll publish an "intensly expanded" mod, which will own these limits. The new limits for the "excessively expansion" will then be lifted by 25% to 33%.
