After installing this mod, the maximum number of ai will be limited to 99. At the same time, the maximum number of marauder empires was always 6, and the maximum number of fallen empires was always 5.
Note: For unknown reasons, some of the AI empires (especially in small and compact galaxies) will disappear, resulting in the actual amount of AI being slightly below the value than you set.
