Hotel Obrenovac je Izgrađen 1983. godine, i u to doba je bio popularno mesto za izlazak gde su dolazili gosti iz svih delova Beograda. Tu su se održavale svadbe, proslave matura, ispraćaji u vojsku, ali su se organizovali i kongresi, koncerti tada popularnih zvezda zabavne i narodne muzike. Takođe, lep enterijer obrenovačkog ugostiteljskog objekta "glumio" je u nekoliko jugoslovenskih filmova.
Kompleks čine zgrada hotela, korisne površine 10.413 kvadrata i građevinskog dela od 12.301 kvadrat. Objekat čine nisko i visoko prizemlje, šest spratova i tavan, pomoćna zgrada za smeštaj trafostanice i građevinsko zemljište od pet hektara. Sam hotel ima 105 soba, tri restorana i salu za simpozijume.
Obrenovački hotel ne radi već godinama. Pre poplava u maju 2014. godine tu su boravili azilanti, a posle toga u sobama su privremeni smeštaj dobili meštani kojima je voda uništila kuće.
Početkom 2022. godine hotel je privatizovan i trenutno se renovira.

Hotel Obrenovac was built in 1983, and at that time it was a popular place for going out, where guests came from all parts of Belgrade. Weddings, graduation celebrations, send-offs to the army were held there, as well as congresses and concerts of then-popular entertainment and folk music stars. Also, the beautiful interior of the restaurant in Obrenovac "starred" in several Yugoslav films.
The complex consists of a hotel building with a usable area of 10,413 square meters and a construction part of 12,301 square meters. The building consists of a low and a high ground floor, six floors and an attic, an auxiliary building for housing the substation and a building plot of five hectares. The hotel itself has 105 rooms, three restaurants and a hall for symposiums.
The hotel has not been operating for years. Before the floods in May 2014, asylum seekers stayed there, and after that the rooms were given temporary accommodation to locals whose houses were destroyed by the water.
At the beginning of 2022, the hotel was privatized and is currently being renovated.
