Mastery of the Elemental Winds for High Elf Magic Users

Beskrivelse
Gives Master of the Elemental Winds to all High Elf magic users. I figure that lore wise High Elves should be the equals of Cathay in magic, but mostly I just wanted to add this as I like the ability and wanted it for my campaign.

This is my first mod, so there could be issues. Let me know if you find any but I absolutely do not promise to keep this up to date.

Updated for compatibility and to include Teclis' Phoenix mount.

Hello, this mod is broken. It causes units to float in air, unable to move.

@ Yiunko, I had not noticed that. If it isn't actually doing what having the skill should then it may be that it's beyond my understanding of modding to make this work. I don't have the free time to dig into it at the moment, but I'd be interested to hear if you do any testing and I might have a shot at fixing it down the line when I have more free time.

Hi! Is the mod working properly? The skill shows up in the characters but the intensity tooltip doesn't appear on the spell descriptions as normally.

@Nachtvogel - Done. I included all the Tzeentch and Mark of Tzeentch casters and also Archaon and Be'lakor.

Thank you for this! Would you be opposed to doing one for Vilitch and his sorcerers as well? =o Tzeentch is another big one that I think would have this mechanic.

Ok, I think I have fixed the flying issue. I don't know why it removed flying, can't see a reason for it, but I have now made the mod also give all flying units flying, so I guess that solves it. Messy fix, but seems to work.

Yeah, it does indeed mess with flying units, not all of them though. Demon Prince for example can still fly. I have no idea why this is, seems totaly random. I'll see if I can get to the bottom of it.
