Allied Units at a reasonable price, for Tomb Kings and Beastmen

Beskrivelse
Tomb Kings and Beastmen do not pay upkeep for their units, and do not have the economy to pay upkeep for units.

Sadly this means units recruited through allied recruitment (which have normal upkeep) are far to expensive.

This mod reduces upkeep by 85 % for non-Tomb King or Beastmen units (including Ogre mercenaries), which is still more expesive than free, but slightly more worth the opportunity cost of paying for them.

I hate to be "that guy" but do you know if it is possible to mod the upkeep of allied Brettonian cavalry? Their upkeep is extremely high unless the lord has a certain Vow/Troth, which allied lords cannot get.
