NZ Te Papa Tongarewa

Hello, dear subscribers and other game fans!
This is a my new great asset NZ Te Papa Tongarewa. And perhaps one of the last major projects.
Since after that there will again be a big break in the publication of new assets.

Also thanks to @mayorwont and @BlueThunder for the idea and support in creating this asset. :)
I have been looking at this building for quite a long time, but still did not dare to do it, since it is rather complicated in a certain sense.

I creating this building for a long time, with a break of six months, but I tried to make it as high quality as possible.
I hope you enjoy it and you beautify your city with it.
Also, this building in itself is significant for the people of New Zealand, and I think this Asset is a long-awaited one for many NZ/AUS people. :)

Some information about the building:
The Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa is New Zealand's national museum and is located in Wellington. Te Papa Tongarewa translates literally to "container of treasures" or in full "container of treasured things and people that spring from mother Earth here in New Zealand". Usually known as Te Papa (Māori for "the treasure box"), it opened in 1998 after the merging of the National Museum of New Zealand and the National Art Gallery. An average of more than 1.5 million people visit every year, making it the 17th-most-visited art gallery in the world.

(Therefore, I prescribed the total attendance of tourists = 6200)

Te Papa's philosophy emphasises the living face behind its cultural treasures, many of which retain deep ancestral links to the indigenous Māori people.

If you don't want to subscribe to all these trees I used, you don't have to.
The asset will still work even without trees.
The trees are arranged in two gardens.

Also, I didn't make invisible pedestrian paths, but you can do it right in the game.
