Radio Guy [Playermodel+Ragdoll] [EZ2]

Description
The Radio Guy is a resistance member who accompanied Dr. Judith Mossman during her search for the Borealis. He serves as the secondary "villian" during the events of Entropy Zero: 2 during which he directly commands the resistance members via his radio broadcast.
