In fact, this drop icon is found and extracted from the game folder, for this problem I can only make it into a transparent background to solve, please wait for my subsequent update to this mod

There is. As I said, the icon looks like an orange rectangle when the character gets incapacitated.
Look at what I mean in this screenshot
I do not think the icon is supposed to look like that… Probably something went wrong when you were converting the image into a VTF file.

The incapacitation icon is not looking good… Literally an orange rectangle behind the character.
